And the "Real Housewives of Orange County" star said that she just got off from her shower and head on to her bedroom and click a photo of her headphones and didn't know that her reflection came in the picture that she posted on Instagram.
Would you buy her explanation? After Vicki Topless Photo was posted accidentally on Instagram as she claimed it, she received a call from daughter of Gina Keogh saying that she should get that off because her boobies were showing.
Vicki replied, "How can my boobies be showing? I took a picture of the headphones!"
It appears that Vicki Topless Photo posted on Instagram was not intentional as she says. She appeared terribly shock as she was telling the story. Right after Gina Keogh's daughter call, she deleted the photo and apologized to the public on her Facebook account.
"I'm a human being and we make mistakes. I wanted to shout out to Bravo for my Beats while blow drying my hair and getting ready for work, I clearly couldn't see the reflection when I posted the image on Instagram," Vicki wrote on her Facebook. "I apologize to anyone that saw the picture and am deeply embarrassed."
After she posted her Facebook apology some reactions about the appalling Vicki Topless Photo were mixed of mockery and support.

TMZ has expressed their view that Vicki Topless Photo is not at all unintentional. TMZ claimed that it would be impossible for her not to see her reflection in the photo while she was capturing the image of her headphones while naked.
"In the Dept. of Obvious ... even a casual look at the pic reveals Vicki was naked when she pressed the red button. ..." TMZ states. "The question ... are you buying what she's selling?"
