Colbert Report Series Finale Review, “Colbert Will Live Forever” [+VIDEO]

Colbert Report Series Finale ends last night, Dec. 18 full of mixed emotions as stars joined the final moment of Colbert at Comedy Central. The political satirist genius made his 1,477th episode of the "Colbert Report" with final song, "We will meet again."

The Colbert Report Series Finale started with repartee that seemed it was just another episode for the show. But when stars joined Colbert as he sings "We will meet again" everything was just all emotions as the conservative TV commentator ends his ninth year at "Colbert Report."

Stephen Colbert, the bright famed political pundit was joined by legendary musician Randy Newman on piano and Jon Stewart on vocals. Colbert is set to takeover David Letterman on CBS "The Late Show" by mid of 2015 as Letterman retires following its announcement in April 2014.

 It's true that it was Colbert Report Series Finale, but many felt his goodbye was just a time in "Colbert Report" history. The satirist will always be remembered by his fans who believe in his exceptional knowledge and political view.

The man, who made his mark as a conservative political pundit would always remain there and would not be gone. Colbert is the only man who would expose the truth in his most brilliant conservative way.

Colbert began as a news correspondent on the "Daily Show" in 1997. After eight years, he left "Daily Show" and started the "Colbert Report." He was also a mainstay hosts at "Even Stepheven" and the "This Week in God."

During Colbert's "Daily Show," he helped the show land on its Emmy and Peabody Awards. Colbert was also a co-author for the book "America (The Book): A Citizen's Guide to Democracy Inaction" (Warner Books) that became a New York Times bestseller for 15 successive weeks.

With his exceptional wit, personality and conservative political views, he made it to the "Colbert Report." Colbert was also noted for his great contributions in "The Dana Carvey Show," where he is one of the casts and the writer, "Saturday Night Live," writer, and voice of Ace in "Ambiguously Gay Duo."

Variety reports that every year, was a candidate for best variety series and it was in 2013 and this year when he brought the award. Colbert was admired by many stars, politicians, and comedians for keeping the news parody always fresh for nine years.

Only after a year when he started the"Colbert Report" Colbert became instant internet and media sensation when he was invited at the 2006 White House Correspondents' Association Dinner when he delivered his usual sweltering of ex-President the George W. Bush and the media.
