Grand Theft Auto: China Wars To Be Released In Android Devices

Big fans of the widely acclaimed Grand Theft Auto series have a lot to look forward to this holiday season. Rockstar Games just lift gaming status one level higher when they released Grand Theft Auto: China Wars on Google Play. Rockstar promises that this new game released on the Android platform is unlike any of the previously released games on Android.

Grand Theft Auto: China Wars takes gaming back into the fundamental gameplay style that propelled the GTA series to prominence in the first place. The game features the classic top down view, a step back compared to the third person perspective of modern GTA games.

The game is set in Liberty City, as the player gets into role of Huang Lee who is in pursuit of revenge after his father's death, all the while balancing his family's control over the triad gangs within Liberty City.

The game was initially launched in the mobile platform way back in 2009. Aside from the top down perspective, almost every element in the game contains that GTA feel. It includes massive amounts of side missions, this goes without saying, as well as an immersive story line.

Grand Theft Auto: China Town has full support for Android TV devices. This is a huge additional feature especially for gamers who have a Nexus Player. This means that you can play the game using the gamepad in the traditional GTA feel of the game. For users who don't have access to an Android TV device enhanced Bluetooth and USB support integration will take care of the job.  If the traditional gamepad method is not available for the user, Rockstar Games have stated that the touch controls should do just fine and in addition to this they have added the feature to fully customize the control scheme.

Grand Theft Auto: China Town Wars is currently available for purchase in Google Play Store for $4.99.
