To be fair, it's just about every day that the country singer turned pop star is in the midst of a crazy rumor regarding someone she's supposedly dating - and the latest of those features the Academy Award-nominated actor from "American Hustle," as news outlets around the world have been going on for months saying that Bradley Cooper and Taylor Swift are an item.
In the past, Swift has been linked to big names in the music business like Taylor Lautner, John Mayer, Joe Jonas and Harry Styles - and even actor Jake Gyllenhaal and Bobby Kennedy's grandson Conor Kennedy; meanwhile, Cooper has dated famous women like Renée Zellweger and "Guardians of the Galaxy" co-star Zoe Saldana - but now the world is convinced that Bradley Cooper and Taylor Swift are an item.
However, it seems the whole thing between Bradley Cooper and Taylor Swift was blown out of proportion - or just wasn't true at all. According to The Daily Mail, the "Silver Linings Playbook" actor has recently slammed rumors that he's going out with the singer famous for her break-up songs regarding just about every guy she dates.
According to E! Online, the rumor about Bradley Cooper and Taylor Swift featured the pop star allegedly calling the actor and generally going after him looking for a date last year. Supposedly, the "American Sniper" star rejected the singer at the tie, but now Cooper has officially denied this claims in the most direct of ways.
"It's complete horse-s--t," Cooper told Howard Stern in his radio show recently, according to Perez Hilton. "I never got a call. Nothing."
As it would be expected from the famous talk show host, however, Stern pressed on the matter to get as big a reaction as possible, even going so far as to tell Cooper that he thought they'd make beautiful children together - however, no dice, as the actor stayed firm in his statement that Bradley Cooper and Taylor Swift had nothing going on between them except rumors!
