Giuliana Rancic Apologizes To Zendaya for her Racist Comments About Her Hair

Giuliana Rancic had been troubled for the last few days after Oscars' red carpet show due to her racist and nasty comments made regarding Zendaya's dreadlocks during the show despite of being warned not to utter such words in front of the camera and a "live audience".

A source from the Fashion Police revealed red carpet host's defiance of Kelly Osbourne's warning not to make nasty comments thrice. According to the article posted in Hollywood Life, Kelly quoted that, "Guys, we can't say this. Zendaya is a friend of the show." But Rancic still told on-cam what she was advised not to.

The issue have quickly called for a heartfelt apology from Rancic on-air due to her harsh words "weed" and "patchouli" mentioned three times which actually happened before a live audience. She even said that it has been such as learning experience for her as well as to other people to keep aware of stereotypes and clichés.

Zendaya respond to the negative comments via Instagram stating, "There is already harsh criticism of African-American hair in society without the help of ignorant people who choose to judge others based on the curl of their hair. My wearing my hair in locs on an Oscar red carpet was to showcase them in a positive light, to remind people of color that our hair is good enough."

Meanwhile, Zendaya had forgiven Rancic after apologizing on-air at Fashion Police episode. She wrote on her Twitter account that, "It is important in this journey to remember that just because someone has inflicted hurt upon us, it does not give us the right to do the same." Giuliana, I appreciate your apology and I'm glad it was a learning experience for you and for the network."
