Gwyneth Paltrow’s Bikini Body Secrets Unveiled [PHOTOS]

Gwyneth Paltrow just did a photo shoot for Women's Health magazine where the 42-year-old actress showed off her crazy amazing body. In the new issue, Gwyneth also talked about her "food philosophy."

"My food philosophy is: Nothing should be ruled out. I don't believe in saying, 'You're not allowed that.' If my kids want a Shirley Temple with the radioactive cherry in it, go for it, you know," Paltrow explained.

She also revealed what she typically eats on a daily basis - "For lunch, I usually have a big salad with grilled chicken, and then for dinner I'll have whatever I want," she said.

Paltrow admits that celebrity personal trainer Tracy Anderson is one of the attributing factors as to how she got her rocking bod today. The actress first started working with Anderson in 2008 as she prepared for her role as Pepper Potts in "Iron Man."

"When I started, I was doing it six days a week. I remember there was a certain point when I felt like I was going to cry. I just physically and mentally couldn't do it anymore. It was too hard for me," she explained.

Tracy then advised the 'Shakespeare In Love' star, which has now become a part of her daily mantra.

"You said to me, 'Don't even think of it like that. It's not an option. It's like brushing your teeth. You get up and do it,'" the actress gushed.

Gwyneth Paltrow then added, "I had such a powerful shift that day. You showed me how to take the option out of it and make it something you do for self care as a woman who wants to feel good in her body and feel healthy and feel strong."

The two blonde bombshells covered Hamptons magazine's Memorial Day issue. Paltrow and Anderson have also collaborated on a new fitness studio in East Hampton and a culinary line called "3 Green Hearts."

Tracy Anderson's client list also includes Jennifer Lopez and Lena Dunham.
