Sharon Osbourne Net Worth: Resting From 'The Talk' After Collapsing

Sharon Osbourne will be taking a one-month break from her hosting gig on the TV show 'The Talk' because of severe mental and physical fatigue, after fainting in her home Friday.

Reps for the 62-year-old former X-Factor judge confirmed that she is suffering from severe mental and physical fatigue. She collapsed in her home in L.A. after returning from a trip to New York and Toronto.

According to her doctors, her extreme exhaustion is a result from going back to work right after being confined in the hospital for pneumonia, which she contracted while undergoing hernia surgery early this year.

"Sharon has been advised and has agreed to take a month hiatus to recover fully from these recent events," her rep said. "Sharon would like to thank everyoneat The Talk for granting her time off and to all friends, family and others for their incredible support."

Kelly Osbourne, Sharon's daughter, was the one who filled in during her mother's previous recovery that lasted for about two months. According to Entertainment Tonight, The Talk's recently recorded episodes are all set for next week's airing, and it will welcome several guest hosts while Sharon is regaining her health.

Prior to Sharon's current health issues, she was diagnosed with colorectal cancer in 2002 and went through a double mastectomy in 2012 after being prone to breast cancer gene.

The host has not yet talked about the updates of her health conditions, but she has had a few photos with Kelly and her husband Ozzy posted on her official Twitter account.

Sharon Osbourne's net worth is currently valued at $220 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth. There's no telling whether her one-month absence will place a huge dent on this amount.
