Set in different situations, GIF makers are using Kocoum's reaction shot, after seeing the love of his life, Pocahontas kissing John Smith.
In various funny settings, artists are adding costumes and backgrounds as Kocoum angrily rushes to attack and tackle John.
Kocoum is a character in Disney's 1995 movie, "Pocahontas." Being Chief Powhatan's strongest warrior, Kocoum bravely fought Massawomecks, who threatened to take over their territory.
The Native American warrior was also Pocahontas' suitor, who pursued the chief's daughter despite her not feeling the same way and other girls admiring him for his looks and bravery. Pocahontas fell in love with foreign intruder, John Smith, whom she met in the woods while spying for his troop.
According to Grandmother Willow, Pocahontas had to follow her heart and fight for their love amidst the war between each of their sides. In the scene featured on the GIFs, Kocoum lost control of his emotions when he was consumed with jealousy upon seeing the couple's romance.
