Vending Machines Will Soon Serve Salads and Hot Burgers In UK!

Vending machines in the UK will be serving fresh food soon as part of the technological innovation to serve consumers with appetizing meal.

Dr. Morgaine Gaye, food futurologist is looking at the futuristic idea to be part of the UK soon, for she points out that Japan and US are enjoying such trend and she wants UK to be following the same craze.

The doctor believes that sooner or later people will opt for on the go meal and vending machines serving a fresh meal is a good idea to cater such wide demand.

"We are going to start seeing hot-snack vending being much more available," she said.

"There are some brilliant ideas around the world. Vending is really going to come into the UK in a big way."

Currently Japan is the world leader of vending machines, just a drop of coin Japanese can buy through the vending machines from pancake to hot noodles and US is developing their vending machines to step up in the game, Dr. Gaye said.

In Dundee, Pete Grewar, who is a farmer, sets up a vending machine in a shopping center, where people can buy fresh potatoes and many more.

In Los Angeles, there's a vending machine that people can buy fresh fruit juice, which is available anytime. As well as cupcakes and gluten free products.

Farmer's Fridge in Chicago owns a vending machine that sells fresh salads and snacks.

The leading vending machine company in the US, the Healthy Vending has already 2,000 machine around the U.S. Which sells nutritious snacks, including granola bars and fresh hot meals.

In Holland, in a chain known as FEBO has vending machines offers burgers and numerous fast food product.

For Dr. Gaye, although vending machine isn't often selling "something wonderful" at the moment, "a whole world of new possibilities" is about to emerge.
