Brittany Snow Returns For Pitch Perfect 3

Brittany Snow will return in the upcoming Pitch Perfect 3 as her character Chloe. Snow will be joining alum Barden Bellas Anna Kendrick and Rebel Wilson in the third installment of the powerhouse a cappella franchise. The film is expected to be released on July 21, 2017. Kendrick and Wilson have already confirmed their returns to the second sequel, which is being penned by Kay Cannon, who wrote the first two films.

This summer's Pitch Perfect 2 has grossed $282 million worldwide, making it the highest-grossing movie musical of all time. The first film brought in $115 million worldwide after its smashing 2012 debut. Asked about the possibility of yet another Pitch Perfect movie while making the media rounds for the sequel, Kendrick told Time "I'm not one to count my chickens, so I just want to see how this one does and find out if there's an appetite for that before I even think about it. I'll drive myself crazy."

She was even a little unsure about returning for the sequel, telling the mag, "I didn't know if they were just going to do a sloppy seconds version of it, and that was the thing that made me nervous. When I found out it was really going forward and it was going to be a real movie and everybody was coming back-there was no way I was going to miss out on that."

The original film was adapted from Mickey Rapkin's book "Pitch Perfect: The Quest for Collegiate A Cappella Glory." Paul Brooks of Gold Circle Entertainment and Max Handelman and Elizabeth Banks of Brownstone Productions are returning to produce. Snow can currently be seen on the DirectTV series "Full Circle." She is repped by WME, Principal Entertainment and attorney P.J. Shapiro.
