Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith Divorce: Actor Finally Speaks Out

Will Smith finally responded to reports that he and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith are splitting up after 17 years of marriage

The actor shot down rumors on Facebook Monday, promising to reveal the news himself if he and his wife, whom he lovingly refers to as his "Queen," ever decided to part.

“Under normal circumstances, I don’t usually respond to foolishness (Because it’s contagious) But, so many people have extended me their ‘deepest condolences’ that I figured – “What the hell… I can be foolish, too!” he wrote.

"So in the interest of redundant, repetitious, over &over-again-ness… Jada and I are… NOT GETTING A DIVORCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! : -) I promise you all – if I ever decide to divorce my Queen – I SWEAR I’ll tell you myself!”

Jada also took to social media to defend her marriage and support her husband simply tweeting, “My king has spoken.”

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have been plagued with divorce numerous times. An insider revealed to Radar Online that the couple allegedly came up with a solid confidential settlement that protects both their $240 million fortune and two children. Apparently Will and Jada just couldn’t stay together any longer, even for the sake of their kids.

It's jus another day, another divorce report for Will and Jada and this new allegation is no different. “For Will and Jada, holding it together these past few years has been tough because their marriage has been on life support for a long time,” a source told the online outlet. “They’re exhausted from trying to maintain the facade of a happy union.”

While the source is claiming that the couple is tired of lying about their unhappy relationship, Will Smith finally broke his silence and shut down all the rumors himself.

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are parents to 17-year-old son Jaden, and 14-year-old daughter, Willow.
