Chrissy Teigen, Kim Kardashian VMA Selfies: Why They're Breaking The Internet

Sports Illustrated model Chrissy Teigen and reality star Kim Kardashian chose to break the internet with a selfie during the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday.

As their rock star husbands took the stage with Big Sean to accept the award for best "Video with a Social Message" for their "One Man Can Change The World," the ladies took their own selfie to celebrate. The celebrity wives were sitting close to each other during the awards show.

While the Chrissy Teigen and Kim Kardashian selfie at the VMAs broke the internet, Teigen's choice of wardrobe for the night sure had many men's hearts breaking as well. She decided to leave little to the imagination as she donned a revealing sheer gown to the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards, reported The Daily Mail.

Teigen, 29, worked the red carpet with husband John Legend, 36, and it appeared the TV celebrity wasn't wearing any underwear underneath her sheer fabric and lace gown. The dress revealed a lot of skin even if at first glance the high neck and a floor-length skirt appeared modest enough.

The racy look was accessorized with a simple black and green jewelry - two huge green stones on her rings.

As for John, he appeared content leaving the spotlight to her wife. The VMA winner wore an all-black ensemble which consists of a black V-neck shirt, a black jacket and same-colored leather trousers.

Teigen wasn't the only Sports Illustrated model who graced the awards show. Emily Ratajkowski appeared at the VMAs wearing a stunning Alutuzarra Fall 2015 gown paired with thigh-high Aristo boots while presenting Fetty Wap an award, according to Sports Illustrated.

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend married in 2013 and have since become one of the industry's most famous couples. John is reportedly busy with his series of international concerts due this fall while Chrissy is set to appear as the co-host of the upcoming show, FABLife, premiering on September 14.
