Pumpkin Spice 2015: Starbucks Launches Fan Club For Drink, While ‘Daily Show’ Mocks Obsession – And Student Thinks Hating PSL Is Sexist [PHOTOS+VIDEO]

After Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton spoke against the highly beloved Starbucks fall latte by saying that she liked to have it until realizing how many calories there were on the Pumpkin Spice 2015 drink, it seems like the flavor has become political - and, of course, even talk show hosts had to do something about it.

Last year, English "Last Week Tonight" host John Oliver spoke about the American obsession with all things pumpkin-flavored, and now it's time for the new host of "The Daily Show," Trevor Noah, to do the same - but the Pumpkin Spice 2015 trend continues all the same!

According to People Magazine, Trevor brought in the show's correspondent Jordan Klepper to ditch the actual news on Syria (which "going to be blowing up all year round") to discuss the Pumpkin Spice 2015 trend, which Noah admits to not getting - which Klepper blames on the new host being South African and not truly getting the American way.

Now, mockery aside, the Pumpkin Spice 2015 obsession carries on, as now Starbucks not only has launched social accounts exclusively for its staple Pumpkin Spice Latte (like Twitter and Instagram), but as Eater reports, the company has also launched a fan club for it called the #OrangeSleeveSociety, dedicated to showering the popular drink with love.

Once you've become a member of the Orange Sleeve Society, you apparently get a kit of PSL-friendly clothes like an orange knit coffee cozy to be Pinterest-ready when it's time to order your seasonal coffee drink.

Now, according to National Review, there's one person in particular who's all about the Pumpkin Spice 2015 obsession, for maybe the oddest reasons ever: Min Cheng, a student at Swarthmore College, recently wrote an op-ed on The Phoenix saying that it was "sexist" to bash the seasonal drink because "people love to hate on what girls like."

Whether or not some people's annoyance with the Pumpkin Spice 2015 obsession is sexist or not, one thing is certain: the way "The Daily Show" handles it is hilarious, and you can watch the clip below!
