Reportedly, American tv and film actor - Ron Perlman, has joined the American entertainment company - Warner Bros.' for their 'Harry Potter' spinoff, "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.' and it looks like he will be playing a goblin.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is currently shooting in England, and stars actor Eddie Redmayne who made his film debut Like Minds in 2006 , as Newt Scamander, the wizarding world's very distinguished magizoologist. The events of the film take place 70 years before Harry Potter reads the book of Scamander in his wizarding school.
Earlier this week, it has been revealed that British film, television and theatre actress Gemma Chan, Carmen Ejogo (former host of the Saturday Disney morning show) and four time Golden Globe winner - Jon Voight recently joined the cast.
Also on the roll call for the film, American actress Katherine Waterston, Ezra Miller (known for his roles as Vincent "Vinnie" Rizzo, Jr., in City Island), the star of Alexander - Colin Farrell, American stand-up comedian and actor - Dan Fogler and Samantha Morton who has received critical acclaim and numerous accolades throughout her career, including one BAFTA TV Award .
However, it's no surprise that Ron Perlman has joined the film, the actor was credited as he starred in all but the last season of FX's American crime drama television series - Sons of Anarchy, and also in the recent Amazon American drama series created by Ben Watkins - Hand of God. Also known for starring in the Hellboy films, he was recently seen in Roland Emmerich's 2015 American drama film - Stonewall.
