The trailer nailed it in putting viewers on the edge of their seats with a scene that showed, Ironman, played by Robert Downey Jr., getting a good beating from the vigilante Captain and Bucky.  On the trailer, it's obvious that Iron Man will play a huge role in being the Captains opponent.

The debut of a new hero Black Panther is also scene in some clips in the trailer along side other Marvel Characters that aren't yet to be identified. Some would call it an extension to the Avengers since everyone is present in the movie excluding The Hulk, played by Mark Ruffalo and Thor, played by Chris Hemsworth.

The film is a sequel to Captain America: The First Avenger, that premiered on 2011 and Captain America: The Winter Soldier, that premiered on 2014.
