Celebrity Weight Loss: Christina Aguilera, Missy Elliot and Kendra Wilkinson Reveal their Weight Loss Secrets

When everyone wants to look fit and to shed some weights they want to know how celebrities lose weight. Celebrities became an inspiration for those who want to be fit especially those who had a big transformation. Singer, Christina Aguilera, rapper-songwriter, Missy Elliott and reality star, Kendra Wilkinson are the latest celebrities who had a transformation and showed up as fit as ever.

Elliott revealed to US Weekly, weight loss needs lifestyle addition and subtractions. She underwent to an intense Insanity workout under the celebrity trainer Shaun T. White and deleted her favorite carbohydrates which means she bid farewell to bread.

She also straight the facts and corrected the thought that she did her 2002 extreme weight loss which made her lost 70 pounds.

Elliott stated on her twitter that she didn't lose 70 pounds but she lose 30 pounds by eating healthy and doing work out to White's T25 videos. She is doing insanity workout. Cutting on her diet is not easy but health must come first.

According to Huffington Post, Wilkinson is focusing on the diet feature of weight loss. Wilkinson appeared on the "Dr. Phil Show" and recognized the high fat low carb ketogenic Atkins diet for shaping her waistline and bringing back her self-confidence.

According to the reality star, the needed control that you need to do is to focus on your diet and health. She also said that she is on the Atkins diet program right now and it helped her change. It helped her to restore her confidence.

Inquisitr also reported that Wilkinson also talked to Dr. Mehmet Oz regarding her decision on using the Atkins diet program for her weight loss. She also said that she researched her options before she settled to ketogenic approach.

A source told E! News that singer, Aguilera, restored her post-baby body by doing a combination of diet and exercise. She did yoga and never stopped practicing it even when she was pregnant. Aguilera was also working hard to restore her shape. She is under a private yoga session and really loves it.

Aside from exercising, Aguilera is also on a low-carb diet. The source said that the singer is eating clean and watching her portions.  The source also added that Aguilera has it all plus the happiness and laughter.
