Nicki Minaj was one of the many stars who made it to the American Music Awards over the weekend and she wore a sexy ensemble, which is not quite far from what people are used to seeing, but she pressed that there was a time in her career that she felt shy about her outfits.
Minaj was interviewed in the red carpet of the event and she pressed: "I feel shy a lot of times actually. I just push myself to go for it." She added that people actually do not know that about her given her outspoken self and strong attitude.
The 31-year-old rapper has been interviewed by Giuliana Rancic and she also asked her what scares her the most. The star then talked about her family and being away from them is her greatest fear. She also talked about being away from people who loves her and loves her the most falls into that category.
She then revealed that she will be moving back to the East Coast so as she can keep herself grounded and be around. She noted that she wants to see her baby brother grow up and she noted it will be something that would be good for her soul.
She also talked about her upcoming album "The Pink Print" and she noted that before she moves back to New York, she will be waiting for her album to be released.
She said that she is very excited of her work and that she is very proud of it. The album will be available to her fans by December 15 this year.
She added, "It really shows a lot of growth. I know that my fans are really going to appreciate the subject matter on a lot of the songs." The star was also quick to add that this album is not the last of her and she clarified the rumors about her taking a hiatus from sharing her music.
She said that she will only take a break if she finishes her fifth album explaining, "I'm only about to put out the third album so that's a long time from now."
