Oven-Roasted Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
7 large potatoes, cut into large wedges
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup water
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1 lemon (juice)
Salt and black pepper

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 420°F.
2. Pour potatoes, garlic, and rosemary into a baking pan; drizzle with olive oil; season with salt and black pepper.
3. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
4. When the potato wedges get golden brown, turn them upside down; season with a bit more salt and pepper.
5. Add 1/2 cup water if pan appears to be getting dry.
6. Bake another 30 minutes.
