A Fool's Guide To Having A Kickass Barbecue Party

Are you planning to have a great backyard barbecue party?

If you want to make your party a memorable and exiting event, then just make sure the barbecue is done well. This way, people will love to be your guest anytime you call them.

1. Make sure the grills are oiled

Before placing the meat, make sure your grill is clean. Preheat the grill and also oil it with the right amount of vegetable oil. This way, you will avoid the meat from sticking to the grills.

2.  Marinating

Always make sure to refrigerate food before you marinate it. Using the marinating liquid to baste is not a good idea. Always make sure to make the extra marinating liquid for basting.

3. Control the flames

When there is too much flame, your meat can get overcooked and can taste off. Learn to tame the flames and always have a bowl of water by your side to put the flames off when you have to.

4. Charcoal or gas

Though people prefer to use gas for the sake of convenience, charcoal is a better option as it makes the meat more tasty and juicy.

5. The guest list

Make sure to confirm with your guest whether they will be coming. This will help you cook the right amount of meat for the exact number of people.

6. The perfect menu

Always have a menu with a good variety of items. When you have a barbecue party, make sure that there are bread like ciabatta or baguettes which is a way better option than normal bread. Even when it comes to wine, always get the right wine according to the meat you prepare. If you're preparing hamburgers, steak, or beef tenderloin, red wines are a good match. However, if the spice makes the dish hot, a spicy Australian Shiraz or Argentine Malbec will be a good option.
