E! reported about the more detailed meal plan of the couple, which was revealed by Marco Borges, their personal trainer as well as CEO of the 22 Days Nutrition.

Borges said that he met Jay Z about several years ago because of Pharrell Williams and has started working with him together with his wife ever since that day they met. He shared that the singer is always interested with wellness and health and she wanted to feel good.

Despite eating a lot while on their vegan diet, the personal trainer said that the snack of the start is the peanut bars offered by their company. Some of the favorite flavors of the star are Pineapple Chocolate-chip wonder and Cherry Chocolate Bliss.
