How to Make Basic Crepes

Ingredients
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 cup milk
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt

Directions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, flour, sugar and salt.
2. Heat a small non-stick pan. Grease pan with butter to coat.
3. Pour 2-3 tablespoons crepe batter into the center of the pan; swirl to spread evenly. Cook for 30 seconds and flip.
4. Serve immediately.
