AllCast Now Available For iOS Users

AllCast, an app that lets user stream their smartphone contents to their TV is now available on iOS. The app can stream any smartphone contents from videos to music to almost any DLNA compliant device like the Apple TV, Xbox One and Xbox 360, selected brand of smart TV's and Google Chromecast.

What separates AllCast from other apps it's relatively ease of use which technically doesn't need any installation at all. All the user needs to do is open the app while connected to a Wi-Fi connection and then tap the apps broadcast button and it will automatically search for any compatible device within its reach. The app can also be synchronized with the users Google+, Dropbox or any social media accounts.

However, there might be some issue with AllCast regarding music streaming. Some users were quick to notice that songs that are not available in iTures. Users who want to play their music on their home theater system will be having a hard time using the AllCast app since songs not downloaded via iTunes do not auto populate on the apps playlist.

Right now the AllCast app is available in the App Store and is completely for free. The free version however has ads and its video stream is only for a limited time, users however can purchase the premium version in order to get rid of the apps and enjoy unlimited video streaming.

Right now AllCast only supports limited devices and has not tapped other DLNA devices like Sony's PlayStation and Sony smart TV's.
