Tom Felton Twitter: Draco Malfoy Actor Sorted Into Gryffindor, What Does JKR Have To Say?

In a funny turn of events, the man who played Harry Potter's biggest school rival, now Tom Felton's Twitter has seen him reveal an awful truth to all fans of the famous Slytherin blond: on website Pottermore, the actor actually got sorted into Harry's house, Gryffindor.

Many fans of the "Harry Potter" book and movie series have been smitten by Tom Felton's Twitter for the past few years, as the actor will often even speak in interviews about things other Twitter users say to him - however, nobody expected to see him going into Pottermore and getting sorted as a Gryffindor!

According to Perez Hilton, Tom Felton's Twitter became news after the actor said he'd finally visited Harry Potter-based website Pottermore, created by author J. K. Rowling. To everyone's surprise, the actor confessed that, when he'd entered and tried on the Sorting Hat app to see what Hogwarts house he'd get into ... he ended up as a Gryffindor!

CNET reports that Tom Felton's Twitter saw the British actor complain that he was disappointed he'd gotten into the house that had hosted his long-time on-screen school nemesis, The Boy Who Lived.

"Today was the day. I finally did it. I joined Pottermore and was sorted into........Gryffindor. Heart broken x," he tweeted as a joke, indeed breaking the hearts of many fans across the world.

According to The Mirror, though, that wasn't the most shocking and amusing part, but rather the fact that J. K. Rowling, the author of the books and the richest woman in Britain (even surpassing Elizabeth II, the Queen of the country), responded to him on Twitter, as she's known him since he was just a little boy when he was first cast in the movies.

"@TomFelton I could've told you that years ago," Rowling said from her own personal Twitter. "I just didn't want to spoil your motivation ;)"

Of course, fans of both of them were deeply amused by the exchange between Rowling's and Tom Felton's Twitter pages!
