Taylor Swift is Number 1 On Billboard Top 100 with 'Bad Blood'

The year 2015 couldnt get any better for Taylor Swift. Her song  'Bad Blood', featuring Kendrick Lamar,  just hit number 1 on Billboard Hot 100.

'Bad Blood' was in close race with Furious 7 Soundtrack 'See You Again', by WizKhalifa. After reigning for 6 weeks on the Billboard chart, WizKhalifa now has to turnover the spot to Taylor Swift.

It seems like this year is Taylor's luckiest. As the first half of Swift's 2015 ends, she already made it to Forbes' "100 Most Powerful Women" list, started her 1989 World Tour, broke Vevo Records with her "Bad Blood" music video, now hugs the 1st spot on Billboard Hot 100. This country star genius is unstoppable in the charts.

During the 2015 Billboard Awards just more than a week ago, Taylor Swift premiered the official music video of "Bad Blood". It instantly got 24.1 million Youtube views. This helped the 1989 song soar up to number 1 from its 53rd spot.

"Bad Blood" is the fourth number 1 Billboard Hot 100 song of Taylor Swift. She reigned on the same top spot for a sum total of 14 weeks for hit singles "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" (2012), "Shake It Off" (2014) and "Blank Space" (2014-15).

Country turned Pop singer Swift tweets the recent honor is too for her hard to process. She finds it "too exciting". Humble as this blondie is, Taylor gives credit back to her loyal Swifties saying, "LOOK WHAT YOU GUYS DID". She ended her Twitter post with a link to her recently garnered Billboard honor.

Meanwhile, as WizKhalifa's "See You Again" takes over the 2nd spot of Billboard Hot 100, Fetty Wap's "Trap Queen" moves down to number 3. Number 4 goes to Walk the Moon's "Shut Up and Dance". The hit that closes the first five spots on Billboard is Fifty Shades' "Earned It", by The Weeknd, which was previously sitting at number 3.
