The molestation case against Michael Jackson, that was filed by Australian choreographer Wade Robson in May 2013 was dismissed by the Los Angeles County Superior Court because he did not immediately file his complaint.
According to renowned superior court judge Mitchell L. Beckloff, "Robson's claim of molestation against the late singer's estate has been dismissed due to improper filing in his legal demand."
Howard Weitzman, an attorney for the estate of the King of Pop stated in an email that Robson himself said that Jackson hasn't done anything inappropriate to him during a court appearance. His own statement against his complaint seems to show that his story is not consistent.
