Caitlyn Jenner, who recently came out as a transgender woman is also having a new docu-series produced by E! and her paycheck amounts to more than $6 million according to Radar Online.
News.Com.Au reported that a source of the website Radar Online said that it is the biggest salary that the network have ever paid for a solo TV show under the reality category. The title would be "I Am Cait," and it would feature Jenner's road to womanhood. E! however, didn't give out a confirmation about the said amount, nor did they deny it as well. They refused to give out information regarding their financial facts but then announced that the premiere of the docu-series would be on July 26.
There were also talks about other buyers that could be possibly interested in this kind of story that her agent still shopped for those. There came a point that it wasn't almost approved by the network since the salary is just too high according to the site's insider.
Perez Hilton also got on board with the rumors and facts surrounding the paycheck of the new reality TV star that would hit the airwaves a month from now. According to the celebrity tabloid writer, E! was forced to pay for it knowing it's going to be a success anyway. Caitlyn's paycheck might help from her ongoing lawsuit but according to Hilton, it doesn't matter how she will be spending it, the truth remains is that the network is willing to go out on a limb just to keep her in business.
Stuff Entertainment in New Zealand is also sending their congratulations to Jenner from all the money she is about to receive from her coming out. They also concluded that she's worth that amount anyway, since the whole thing is a surefire to be a hit ever since Jenner did the Diane Sawyer interview.
