Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner Don't Have Prenup- The Couple Divides their $115 M

Hollywood was shocked this week by the splitting of two huge names in the industry, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner. But what most people don't know is that they're in for an even more shocking news as the couple didn't sign any prenuptial agreement.

TMZ reported that two did undergo such agreement before they got married ten years ago. But despite of this huge issue that Hollywood is making a big deal of since money and wealth are such sensitive and relevant topics in the industry, the former couple were not concerned about who gets what in their settlement. The divorce court will be making a final decision about this matter. Garner has about $40 million under her name, while Affleck has $75 million.

The two have no problems when it comes to subject of money and based on TMZ's insider, the dividing of their assets is going smoothly.

Hollywood Life reported that the two may not have a problem with their wealth, but according their lawyer, the divorce proceedings could actually take longer than they thought. Them not having a prenuptial agreement is the reason behind this complication on the length as to when can they finally say they have officially broken up as a married couple.

A New York divorce attorney named Vikki Zieglar told Hollywood Life about this matter saying it could go for years because there's a lot to tackle with the negotiation since a prenup was not made. Negotiations include not just their money but also their kids, houses and other properties. The estranged couple said that they decided to go separate ways and it's an amicable decision. They will still remain friends and both accepted responsibilities as parents of their children.
