TOP 10 Coffee Shops in NY Downtown - Jack's Stir Brew Coffee

If you are looking for good coffee and original atmosphere of an old New York, you should stop by Jack's Stir Brew Coffee shop in Downtown Manhattan. This coffee place is located on 222 Front Street between Beekman and Peck Slip in neighborhood of South Street Seaport.

Why is the coffee at this place is so special? Owner Jack has invented an original coffeemaker that stirs while brewing. Official website says that stirring substantially maintains an evenness of depth of the ground coffee it is this Jack's US patent which gives each cup an even, smooth taste.

However the real proof of this statement is in the reviews of people who came and tasted not only the coffee but also other products at Jack's place. Here are some customer reviews from Yelp.

I love this place. It's on the cutest street and the coffee is absolutely delicious. The oatmeal cookie and coconut muffin I had were also yummy. Prices were fine and the staff was friendly. I liked the large windows with lots of sunlight.    Heather S. (Manhattan, NY)

Excellent coffee and even better muffins.  Not sure if they are putting something special in these bad boys, but they are addicting.  I walk an extra few blocks out of my in the morning, just to treat myself. Yumm.      David Z. (Austin, TX)

This place serves damn fine coffee, perfect for taking with you on an early morning walk across the nearby Brooklyn Bridge. Plus, it's free trade, organic, and all that good stuff. And they use locally sourced dairy products, maple syrup, etc.  They lose one point, however, for slightly surly service and overly "healthy" scones that were dry and hard.   Jeniffer (Bellevue, WA)

This is a MUST try!  The best coffee in NYC.   Brandon B. (New York, NY)

Excellent coffee shop in financial district. Their unique stirring process during the drop-brew coffee makes a smooth, delicious cup fit for any coffee enthusiast. A nice atmosphere recalling the history of the seaport where the coffeehouse is located contains a small amount of seating usually filled during weekends and peak times on weekdays.  Ryan T. (Wall Street, NY)

I assume you would love this place as well, as many New Yorkers do.
