Eating While Commuting: How People In Social Media Think

People on social media are taking on commuters who don't mind taking a grub on buses and trains. Well, who wouldn't make a nasty smirk sitting next to an annoying smell of rotten burrito with thoughts of getting your white shirt ironed for an office presentation stained by dripping salsa?

It should be understood, however, that most commuters rush on their way to work and school every morning. Apparently for some, eating and transporting at the same time is a clever way to manage time. Besides, humans can't sacrifice hunger as much as you they want to be late.

Metro UK reports that for social networkers, shaming these annoying commute diners can be good payback. Stories and photos of people eating on public transportations are flooding Twitter with some of the most hilarious captions.

"This girl on the bus is really eating a whole bowl of cereal. She poured some milk in it and everything," one tweeter reported.

"To the person eating a bag of cereal with their mouth open on the bus, you need to stop and get your life together," another one ranted.

Well for some people, eating on the road is just as good as breakfast at home. But there's just a little problem with that, though.

"Why do people come and sit next to me on the bus when I'm eating my cereal just want to eat in peace," one commuter/eater tweeted.

Another one tweets a story of his life: "So I'm eating a burrito on the bus and a bunch of it just fell onto my shirt but I don't care cuz I'm doing laundry when I get home."

For some, commuting paves the way for witnessing jaw-dropping situations that would get you wondering. "Just saw a guy eating a tin of tuna on the tube. That's normal, right?"
