Rihanna Suffering from Chris Brown Addiction?

Singer Rihanna had recently said that she is not in love with her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown but rumours are doing the rounds that she is addicted to the man who physically assaulted her a few years ago.

Chris Brown and Rihanna had an ugly breakup in 2009, resulting in the arrest of the former after he pleaded guilty of assaulting the latter at a pre-Grammy Awards party.

"Poor Rihanna appears to be suffering from addiction and infatuation towards Chris Brown. These intense feelings are not healthy as they can lead to serious anxiety and self-doubt, fits of jealousy and lots of disappointment especially when they are separated. Rihanna needs to break her addiction to Chris to empower herself and open up her heart to meeting someone more worthy of her. In order to do that, she can start by identifying all of the negative patterns that she is engaging in and make the effort to change them. She needs to perceive herself as a whole and perfect person without the need for Chris to complete her," Dr. Ava Cadell, Founder of Loveology University, told HollywoodLife.com.

Rihanna, who wrapped up her 777 tour a couple of days ago, tweeted, "All alone in my big ole jet!!! See u soon lover", as if it was directed at Chris Brown.

The ex-couple sparked off the rumours of a reunion after being caught kissing at Chris' website launch party last month. They are also doing a duet titled "Nobodies Business" for Rihanna's upcoming album "Unapologetic".

Chris Brown added fuel to the fire by attended Rihanna's Halloween party last week. He and his friends received flaks for attending the party dressed like an Arab terrorist.

It may be recalled that Chris Brown was arrested in 2009 for assaulting his then girlfriend Rihanna at a pre-Grammy Awards party. He will remain on probation until early next year for the assault.
