Miley Cyrus MTV VMAs: Surprise! 'Wrecking Ball' Singer Drops New Album! [PHOTOS]

Miley Cyrus hosted the 2015 MTV VMAs on Sunday and gave all her fans a big surprise by the end of the show.

The 22-year-old "Wrecking Ball" singer announced her new album, "Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz" just before the show ended.

It was actually right after Miley Cyrus closed the 2015 MTV VMAs with a performance of her a track from her new album, which is called "Dooo It!" You can watch her colorful performance here.

"It's online FOR FREE right now," Miley Cyrus said while alongside Wayne Coyne on stage. "I'll see you here right here next year."

"Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz" is available for download on https://mileycyrus.com/andherdeadpetz. It comes to no surprise that the new album is inspired by no other than Miley Cyrus' pets who have passed away.

Miley reportedly wrote the tracks while she was mourning for the loss of her dog, Floyd, her blowfish, Pablow, and her friend's cat, Twinkle.

"Dead Petz" isn't just about her actual dead pets, though. According to Entertainment Tonight, "Dead Petz" also refers to the group of artists that contributed to Miley Cyrus' latest album.

Wayne Coyne, The Flaming Lips, Mike WiLL Made-It, and producer Oren Yoel are just some of those included in "Dead Petz."
