Kanye West Offered Help To Fan Who Posted Yeezy Kicks Online In Exchange For Kidney Organs

Singer-songwriter and record producer, Kanye West, has reportedly offered help to a fan after he posted a photo of his prized Kanye West sneakers on Facebook in exchange for two kidneys.

According to reports, the Michigan man named Matt Neal, 26, offered his ultra-rare Adidas Yeezy Boost Kicks, which currently sells for $1,000 and up on eBay, to any organ donor who would be willing to give a kidney. Adding to his post, Neal, who happens to be a shoe collector, said that he has two failing kidneys.

"People are always joking that they would give a kidney for a pair of yeezy's!!" he wrote. "Well here's your chance."

While Neal was busy looking for his Yeezy buyer, his Facebook post actually caught the attention of Kanye West along with his wife Kim Kardashian, who were touched after hearing his story.

The couple said that if he ends up making the trade, they will give him a brand new 'impossible to find' pair of shoes.

However, the transaction will not be possible because the Federal Law won't allow people to offer money or any service in exchange for a human organ.

Despite the little downside, Neal must still be very happy because his post has inspired a lot of people and has been receiving kidney transplant for free

"I've been in tears twice now because all the love and support that I'm getting from random strangers!!' Neil said as a follow-up post on his Facebook.

After receiving massive support from people, Neil now needs more kidneys as he wishes to help other people who are also in need of kidneys like him.

In another post, he wrote "If I could get 5 people kidneys beside myself and raise awareness about being an organ donor than this will be more than with it!"

Kanye West on the other hand, has recently announced that he's running for President in 2020 during the MTV VMAs 2015 held on Sunday, August 30.
