Jennifer Lawrence is only 22 years of age; however, she already earned her first Academy Award. According to her IMDB page, Lawrence was born in Louisville, Kentucky. She was discovered at age 14 in New York City. Her acting career began after she spent a summer in Manhattan. She obtained a couple of small movie roles. Her parents decided to take her career seriously, and therefore moved to Los Angeles. She gained notoriety because of her performance in Winter's Bone.
"I'd have walked on hot coals to get the part. I thought it was the best female role I'd read - ever. I was so impressed by Ree's tenacity and that she didn't take no for an answer. For the audition, I had to fly on the redeye to New York and be as ugly as possible. I didn't wash my hair for a week, I had no makeup on. I looked beat up in there. I think I had icicles hanging from my eyebrows," said Jennifer Lawrence. She is currently working on a few different projects including The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, Untitled David O. Russell/Abscam Project and X-Men: Days of Future Past.
Scarlett Johansson is young, beautiful, and talented. Some people consider her a modern day Marilyn Monroe. She has a distinct husky voice and gorgeous smile. Johansson began her acting career quite young. Throughout her teenage years, she was in films such as Ghost World, Lost In Translation, and The Perfect Score. The actress has been gracing the covers of men's magazines including: Maxim, GQ, and FHM. Johansson does not feel the need to be ultra thin.
"I'm not anxious to starve myself. For me, it's not at all sexy to be ultra-thin", Johansson said.
Nina Dobrev is currently on the hit series, The Vampire Diaries. She is tall, slim, and beautiful. According to her IMDB page, at a young age Nina expressed interest in the arts. She began modeling, when she was a child. This eventually led to film auditions. Dobrev is currently dating her co-star, Ian Somerhalder. In the future, she hopes to start a jewelry line.
