There are many young women succeeding in Hollywood. Some actresses' beauty is as popular as their acting ability. Below are a couple of young women in Hollywood who are successful because they are both talented and beautiful.
Jennifer Lawrence is only 22 years of age; however, she already earned her first Academy Award. According to her IMDB page, Lawrence was born in Louisville, Kentucky. She was discovered at age 14 in New York City. Her acting career began after she spent a summer in Manhattan. She obtained a couple of small movie roles. Her parents decided to take her career seriously, and therefore moved to Los Angeles. She gained notoriety because of her performance in Winter's Bone.

"I'd have walked on hot coals to get the part. I thought it was the best female role I'd read - ever. I was so impressed by Ree's tenacity and that she didn't take no for an answer. For the audition, I had to fly on the redeye to New York and be as ugly as possible. I didn't wash my hair for a week, I had no makeup on. I looked beat up in there. I think I had icicles hanging from my eyebrows," said Jennifer Lawrence. She is currently working on a few different projects including The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, Untitled David O. Russell/Abscam Project and X-Men: Days of Future Past.

Nina Dobrev is currently on the hit series, The Vampire Diaries. She is tall, slim, and beautiful. According to her IMDB page, at a young age Nina expressed interest in the arts. She began modeling, when she was a child. This eventually led to film auditions. Dobrev is currently dating her co-star, Ian Somerhalder. In the future, she hopes to start a jewelry line.
