Former member of Pussycat Dolls, Ashley Roberts revealed she lost roughly 4 lbs in just one week after being put through an intense workout under the supervision of a former Royal Navy fitness instructor.
She said she wanted to lose weight in a short period of time, so she went to the No 1 Boot Camp in Ibiza. Her goal is to see maximum results right away, she even gave her fitness instructor permission to ''get hard on her'', and doesn't mind getting her "ass kicked'' in the process.
"That way, I'll be in great shape when I leave but I also have a diet and exercise regime that I can continue using when I am at home so I can feel fabulous for a long time afterwards," she explained to The Daily Star.
Her decision to shed off pounds came after rumors began circulating that the Pussycat Dolls will be reuniting again after their long absence from the limelight. Though she could not confirm it yet, she just wants to be prepared that she will be in good shape if the regrouping pushes through.
'I've not received a call yet but never say never,' she said.
She said that her Boot Camp experience brought a lot of memory from her previous appearance in the "I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here" jungle camp. However, she recalls that the food in the camp was way better compared to what the contestants had to deal with during the show.
"The food in the jungle is absolutely atrocious with no flavouring at all and we had to cook our own meat," said Ashley. "No 1 Boot Camp is paradise in comparison. The food is really low-fat and tastes divine. You can stay full but lose weight at the same time."
A lot of celebrities are actually toning up in the No 1 Boot Camp, including model, former beauty pageant title holder, Amy Willerton,Spencer Matthews and Binky Felstead from 'Made In Chelsea.'
It's absolutely and insanely expensive, so never mind. You would probably think like this when somebody invited you to spend a weekend in a wine region. Perhaps you presume that wines are expensive, so as its origin, right? That makes sense. But you, my friend, should know that there is a way to enjoy and explore the valley on a dime.
Cardamom is a spice made from the seed pods of a tropical plant related to ginger and is one of the world's most expensive spices. It is local to India and Sri Lanka but is now also harvested in Cambodia, Guatemala, Indonesia, Mexico, and Vietnam.
Knee injuries - They're a hazard of any sport that involves significant lateral stresses and football has plenty of those. Whether you're changing direction at speed, taking hits or delivering them, then there's a good chance you're going to tweak something (and let's hope that it's just been a tweak!).
Flowers are typically used for ornamental purposes. We cherish their beautiful blossoms or hypnotic scents. But many flowers are also edible and offer surprising health benefits.
There are so many ways we can experience exposure to harmful poisons, and in many cases, we may not realize it's happening. From household cleaners and similar products to children's toys, there are often toxins and poisonous products and ingredients lurking in even the most unsuspecting of places.
All pro level athletes know about the dedication needed to not just accomplish their goals, but to achieve even bigger targets in their lives. It's also a commonly known fact that fitness and exercise alone cannot get them there. Putting the right food into their bodies is equally important.
