Former member of Pussycat Dolls, Ashley Roberts revealed she lost roughly 4 lbs in just one week after being put through an intense workout under the supervision of a former Royal Navy fitness instructor.
She said she wanted to lose weight in a short period of time, so she went to the No 1 Boot Camp in Ibiza. Her goal is to see maximum results right away, she even gave her fitness instructor permission to ''get hard on her'', and doesn't mind getting her "ass kicked'' in the process.
"That way, I'll be in great shape when I leave but I also have a diet and exercise regime that I can continue using when I am at home so I can feel fabulous for a long time afterwards," she explained to The Daily Star.
Her decision to shed off pounds came after rumors began circulating that the Pussycat Dolls will be reuniting again after their long absence from the limelight. Though she could not confirm it yet, she just wants to be prepared that she will be in good shape if the regrouping pushes through.
'I've not received a call yet but never say never,' she said.
She said that her Boot Camp experience brought a lot of memory from her previous appearance in the "I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here" jungle camp. However, she recalls that the food in the camp was way better compared to what the contestants had to deal with during the show.
"The food in the jungle is absolutely atrocious with no flavouring at all and we had to cook our own meat," said Ashley. "No 1 Boot Camp is paradise in comparison. The food is really low-fat and tastes divine. You can stay full but lose weight at the same time."
A lot of celebrities are actually toning up in the No 1 Boot Camp, including model, former beauty pageant title holder, Amy Willerton,Spencer Matthews and Binky Felstead from 'Made In Chelsea.'
