Only a few days back, the Internet went wild when a video of a rat walking down the Manhattan subway with a slice of pizza went viral, but now there's a new fast food-loving animal from the Big Apple on the meme game: the Shake Shack squirrel!
Unlike the pizza-loving rat, the Shake Shack squirrel's fast food item of choice is in fact the milkshake, as in the clip, the New York City native rodent can be caught inside a trash can holding on to a cup of milkshake from the burger chain because, yes, Shake Shack's milkshake brings all the squirrels to the yard.
The Shake Shack squirrel might be the best thing to happen to the Internet in a while, as the adorable little rodent then jumps off and keeps enjoying its milkshake in a manner that would make Daniel Day Lewis proud.
