Paramedics arrived on scene and found the rapper "responsive," but Fetty Wap was still relocated to a hospital to treat any possible injuries.

According to TMZ, the 25-year-old rapper was on his motorcycle on Saturday and tried to pass another vehicle. However, he didn't see another coming in the other direction, which resulted in the accident.
Not even an hour after the accident surfaced on media channels, DJ Louie Styles updated fans on Fetty Wap's current situation:

After being rushed to the hospital, sources confirm that Fetty Wap was awake and talking in the hospital - indicating that he is okay. Doctors reportedly were running tests to check for the possibility of bone fractures.

A representative for Fetty Wap released a statement to Rolling Stone on Saturday night:
"Fetty Wap was involved in a motorcycle accident earlier today he was treated at a local hospital and is in stable condition. His family wants to thank everyone for their outpouring of love and support. They ask that you respect their privacy during this time. We will provide an update on his condition as it becomes available."
Meanwhile, Paterson Police Director Jerry Speziale told CBS News that Fetty Wap was "cited for driving without a license, not having insurance, and failing to produce a vehicle registration card."

Fetty Wap broke his leg in three places from the accident, but the other vehicle driver who was also involved in the accident, was a woman who is suffering from injuries which was undisclosed to the public.
