After Selena Gomez debuted her new single from her upcoming album "Revival" on October 2, Friday, the 'Come & Get It' singer has just announced the tour dates for her upcoming 2016 Revival World Tour, according to reports.
Gomez announced the tour dates on her official website on October 5, Monday, and among the cities enlisted on the row included New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Orlando, Toronto, Las Vegas, Seattle and Montreal.
The tour will begin on May 6 and will kick off in Las Vegas, signaling the start of the first leg, which is set to hit 41 cities across North America.
"I am ready to get back on the road and see my fans in person! Gomez said. "This album marks a new and very important chapter in my life. I cannot wait to get on stage and perform this new material."
As for her released album and single, Selena Gomez announced the new added track "Me & The Rhythm" which will drop on October 9, Friday. The lyrics seem to be a reminiscent of her 'dance club beats' that Gomez's fans used to listen to.
Other singles included in the Revival album are 'Good For You' and 'Same Old Love'. Gomez admitted that her new album appears to be her comfort zone, saying "I was always insecure with my speaking voice because it's so slow. I never felt like it was feminine-sounding. I didn't know it would be such an asset to who I am now. It adds a cool, personal quality. It's exciting."
On Twitter, the 22-year old superstar announced that a pre-order of her new album 'Revival' from iTunes comes with the new track 'Me & The Rhythm".
Following the release, Gomez shared on her Instagram page that she would be touring across the United States and Canada.
She even shared a video snippet and wrote, "The rumors are true.. #REVIVALTour coming 2016! Visit link in bio for info on early tix & stay tuned for more!"
