Kourtney Kardashian started her day with a healthy exercise while flaunting her incredible weight loss.

On Monday, the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star posted a smiling snap of herself wearing a sports bra and leggings as she went for an early hike.

Kourtney who recently suffered heartbreak appears to channel her negative emotions into noticeable weight loss. The mother of three shared a photo of herself on Instagram, she was all smiles while showing her incredible, sexy figure, which she captioned "Monday morning hike."

Three months since Kourtney and Scott Disick split, the reality star has been working out with her sister Khloe Kardashian not only to shed off her pre baby weight but to manage her anxiety as well,as per Hollywood Take.

She also goes for walks as part of her routine. When it comes to food diet, she emphasizes eating clean and practices food portion to sustain her energy level.

"I also try to eat really clean and at home as much as I can," she said.

Kourtney's 15 pounds weight loss was even noticed by her former love, Scott, according to Hollywood Life.

"Kourtney and Scott continue to have a dysfunctional relationship," a source revealed to the mag. "Kourtney has really used the split as motivation, dropping over 15 pounds since they broke up."

The source continued, Khloe helped her get back on track after breaking up with Scott. Khloe has been battling heartbreak for months dealing with Lamar [Odom] and knows exactly what would help her sister get through it. The biggest thing for Khloe was working out like a fiend.

Apparently the workout was not just to lose weight but also to heal her broken heart.

The source said, She told Kourt to get on that treadmill and don't get off till her heart stopped hurting. So not only is Kourt getting through her emotional pain but she's also looking better than ever because of Khloe.
