Sheridan Smith Tweets the End of Relationship with Andy Hopkins

Sheridan Smith, 34, ended her fleeting romance with the Enemy's Bassist, Andy Hopkins, after being together weeks ago.

The nominee for an International Emmy Award for her role in TV Cilla, publicly announced their break-up in a sequence of currently-deleted tweets.

'Single!!!! :)))) bring on funny girl, who's coming???!! Can't wait xxx.', Smith's tweeted that made fans confused.

Several posts of the star have been removed from the social networking site, even though only one remains from the weekend.

'I am so grateful for all the support & love from my genuine friends, can't tell you what it means. Thank you for always having my back,' she posted.

Knowing the position of her career, everyone is confused why Sheridan keeps on making her personal life public in Twitter. A source said, "She has no trouble attracting men, so to drive her entire romantic life through social media seems odd. There is every chance she could become a real superstar in the next year, but right now she is putting that at risk."

She also used Twitter to reveal her romances woes. Last July she posted some tweets regarding her ex-boyfriend Greg Wood.

'Just been hurt by an idiot boy again but not gonna lower myself to his standards :) love & light. Onwards & upwards! Homeward bound! can't wait to see me dogs, loyal as anything :) x.'

Actually, Sheridan and Andy just met through Twitter. The whole beginning and ending of their relationship is on the online messaging board. After being introduced by Andy's brother and Sheridan's friend, the two get in touch with each other through the Twitter and then went on dates.

But even though Sheridan already revealed in tweets the end of their relationship, Andy, 29, still does not have any comments about it.

Smith will have her upcoming stage role as Fanny Brice in Funny Girl at the Menier Chocolate Factory Theatre in Southwalk.
