Brad Pitt is getting more and more concerned with how skinny his wife Angelina Jolie has gotten, which is making him worry for both her and their kids.
Although Brad has apparently encouraged Angelina to get help, she doesn’t seem to be listening. A new report says that Brad has reached the end of his rope.
Could this be the end to one of Hollywood’s most powerful couples?
The new issue of Star hit newsstands on Wednesday with a cover alleging Jolie’s supposed anorexia is tearing [the] family apart, leading Pitt to make a “tough-love decision” and demand the actress get help.
Brangelina already faced divorce rumors in June when a report surfaced that tensions were flaring between them, but there was no mention of Brad’s health concern for Angelina.
An insider proclaims Angelina Jolie to be thinner than ever before and weighing an all-time low of 83 lbs, and the magazine says the situation has gotten so out of control that Brad Pitt “has resorted to drastic measures to get her into treatment.
After Brad has tried to help for months, the source said he feels he has no other option than to give Angelina a divorce ultimatum.
“He told her if she doesn’t check into rehab for her eating disorder, he’s leaving and taking the kids with him,” the insider revealed.
While this may sound harsh, the source added that Brad needs Angelina to realize the effect her unhealthy weight is having on their family.
“He wants Angie to focus on herself and her family, before it’s too late. Brad told her he doesn’t want their kids exposed to this situation any longer, and he’s not going to stand by and watch while the mother of his children kills herself.”
The source said the situation is tearing Brad apart. “He loves his wife and wants her to be healthy, but she is just not taking care of herself.”
Speculation about a possible Brad pitt and Angelina Jolie split started running rampant following InTouch Weekly’s July 2015 issue. The report claimed that trouble started brewing after the couple wed in Aug. 2014. Brad is “beyond miserable” and has “told Angie they’re over,” the outlet reported.
InTouch even went so far as to say Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie would be announcing their breakup by the end of 2015.
