Justin Bieber And Selena Gomez Debut New Collaborative Track 'Strong'

The former couple, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez, whose names have remained intact in the headlines despite their on-and-off relationship, are finally back together but only for a new project, at least.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez, who didn't spill any hint about their unexpected team-up, stunned their fans on Saturday evening, October 17, after debuting their collaborative track entitled "Strong", according to reports.

While this has brought hope to all the Jelena fans, who still deem for the two to get back together for real, the new song also appears to be something more about their past relationship.

"You're the only one I'm really missing. Nobody else would be forgiving, 'cause of all the love that you give me." Bieber sings.

Gomez responds to Bieber, singing "Wishing I was better at this damn thing, 'cause it's just been too long and I can't change."

What added more excitement to their new song collaboration, is the fact that it's the first time the former lovebirds recorded a song together, following their on-and-off relationship since 2010.

The 23-year old 'Come & Get It' singer, who previously admitted that she still sees Bieber as a 'genuinely good friend' despite the split-up, said that she didn't know if there would still be a chance for them to get back together.

"I'll forever support him and love him in a way," Gomez told Elle magazine last September. "We grew up together."

Reports say that two weeks after Gomez's statement, the Canadian singer also spoke out about how much they loved each other, adding that it made him struggle to find his own identity.

"We were so in love. Nothing else mattered." He said. "We were all about each other. But when it's like that and you get your value from that, people will always disappoint you. Your girl or your dude, they're always going to disappoint you."

The duo's surprising collaborative track "Strong" which was launched via Drake's OVO Sound Radio, will be added to Bieber's upcoming fourth studio album 'Purpose', which is due on November 13, Friday.
