Kim Kardashian is definitely one of the few who believes that a miracle had just happened.
The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star arrived back in Las Vegas on Saturday afternoon to visit Lamar Odom in the hospital since the former NBA star was admitted on Tuesday.
After her arrival, Kim Kardashian took to finally break her silence on social media with an Instagram post, captioned: "I have faith in you. I believe in the power of prayer and positive energy! Thank you for all your prayers! Lammy - I'm so happy Kendall & I could make you smile today! God is good!"
The 34-year-old reality star previously canceled her baby shower - planned for this weekend - in light of the recent tragic events that happened with Lamar Odom.
The Instagram post was accompanied with a throwback photo of the pregnant Kardashian dancing with Lamar Odom all decked out in wedding attire.

Earlier the same day, E! News received confirmation that Kris Jenner - who previously visited Lamar Odom in Las Vegas too - and Kendall Jenner also went back to the Nevada city from Los Angeles to stay with Lamar Odom.
Reports further state that Khloe Kardashian has yet to leave her estranged husband's bedside since arriving on Tuesday upon Lamar's admittance to Sunrise Hospital. Khloe had been reportedly sleeping in Lamar's hospital room every night since.
It was on Friday morning when Lamar Odom finally woke up from a coma. He even spoke for the first time since he collapsed at the Nevada brothel Love Ranch.
An E! News source further claims that the former Los Angeles Laker first saw Khloe Kardashian when he opened his eyes, and said: "Hey baby," as he gave her a thumbs up before falling back asleep.

The 35-year-old basketball player remains on dialysis to treat kidney failure. Apparently, doctors are still unable to tell the extent of brain damage Lamar Odom is suffering from until he is fully awake.
