UFC Champion Ronda Rousey Lands a 'Self' Magazine Cover

Ronda Rousey fans have seen her kick ass in the Ultimate Fighting Championship ring, but it's not every day the athlete flashes her figure in a sexy photo shoot.

Just weeks after becoming the first woman to grace the cover of Men's Fitness Australia, UFC champion Ronda Rousey strikes another fierce pose on the cover of Self's November issue.

The 28-year-old athlete showed off her fit physique as she posed for the magazine. "I love feeling like I'm inhabiting the body of a ninja," she quipped, "like I could rob a liquor store with my bare hands if I wanted to."

Her hard work and perseverance hard work has earned her an impressive figure that she's ultimately grown to love and accept.

"I've learned to appreciate all the forms it can take," she explained. "I love feeling like I'm inhabiting the body of a ninja, like I could rob a liquor store with my bare hands if I wanted to, but I also like when I eat a little more, fill out and get a little bit curvier. I feel more feminine."

While definitely in great shape, Rousey does admit during her interview with Brooklyn Nine-Nine star Chelsea Peretti that she indulges in a guilty pleasure after a fight.

"I eat about 50 hot wings. I love hot wings," she said. "After my last fight, one of the UFC owners flew in a private chef from São Paulo to Rio de Janeiro so that he could make me hot wings, because there are no hot wings in Rio! That’s how important they are to me."

In the accompanying shoot, Ronda shows off killer judo moves and the badass gaze everyone come to know her for, and she also gives fans a little insight into what it takes to be the best — as in, an undefeated UFC fighter and Olympic medalist who was recently rated as the best fighter, pound for pound, in the world.

The magazine is out on newsstands October 27th.
