Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have had a long pending divorce now. But reports have just surfaced confirming that it's finally been called off - yes, Khloe and Lamar are giving their marriage another shot.
According to TMZ, Khloe Kardashian's lawyer Laura Wasser went to a judge on Wednesday morning to request a withdrawal on the divorce papers - which both Kardashian and Odom had already signed.
In fact, the paperwork was already sitting in a pile, awaiting the signature of a judge before it's actually processed and finalized. Luckily, the judge granted Laura Wasser's request.
Apparently, the two parties signed the document that Wasser presented to the judge as a request to dismiss the divorce case. Lamar Odom signed the paperwork from his hospital bed on Tuesday while Laura Wasser signed on behalf of Khloe Kardashian.
A source confirmed the news to Us Weekly and said, "This is a very delicate and difficult time for both Lamar and Khloe, and the most sensible thing to do at such a time is not make any big moves and put everything on hold. So that's what she is doing."
Khloe first filed for divorce back in December 2013. After attempting to salvage what's left of their marriage, the two finally signed the papers in July this year.
The news follows Khloe Kardashian's first time speaking about Lamar Odom's condition since his hospitalization. On her website, the Kardashian beauty wrote on Tuesday:
"The past week has been incredibly difficult. I am so thankful to family, friends and fans, who have sent nothing but prayers and well wishes to Lamar. I also want to take a moment to thank everyone at Sunrise Hospital, including the amazing doctors and nurses for their kindness and diligent work. Under their amazing care, incredible strides have been made. You can never be prepared for an experience like this, but without the outpouring of love and endless prayers that Lamar has received and the strength I was given from my loved ones, it would have been difficult to endure. Thank you for your continued support. God is great!!!"
Khloe Kardashian still remains by Lamar Odom's side since he was hospitalized on October 13. On Monday, Khloe was seen accompanying Lamar as he was transferred to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.
