Jay Z Disses Beyonce's Pizza Choices, Reveals He Had A Rap Battle with Busta Rhymes in High School [VIDEOS]

Jay Z recently stopped by on Jimmy Kimmel Live! while the show was taping an episode in Brooklyn, where he talked about his wife Beyonce, growing up in the neighborhood and some memories with fellow rapper Busta Rhymes, among many other things.

Jimmy Kimmel asked the 45-year-old New Yorker on what he thinks is the best pizza in Brooklyn, to which he answered "Lucali's, by far," - a restaurant located in Carroll Gardens.

Beyonce recently had an interview with Beat magazine, where she revealed that she prefers to have "extra tomato sauce and jalapenos" on her pizza.

Jimmy Kimmel certainly had to touch on that subject, prompting to ask the rapper, "Have you explained that that is unacceptable here in Brooklyn?"

"She's from Houston, first of all," Jay Z answered. "And they don't have pizza there. That explains everything," he continued.

It's a well known fact that Jay Z grew up in Brooklyn, but many don't know that the "Empire State of Mind" rapper actually went to the same high school as Notorious B.I.G. and Busta Rhymes, which Jimmy Kimmel revealed.

Even though Jay Z likes to keep things private, he shared: "Me and Busta Rhymes actually had a rap battle in the lunchroom."

Of course, Jimmy Kimmel had to ask, "Who won that rap battle?" Jay Z stayed silent for a while before saying, "I love Busta Rhymes, but..." and ended the statement with a smile.

After the interview, Jay Z brought Jimmy Kimmel and the entire audience to Barclays Center to attend his Tidal X: 10/20 concert. Jay Z, Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, Usher, Nick Jonas, and T.I. were among the performances of the night.
