Clue: Not only girls love their hair!

Marc Speichert, managing director of global clients at Google shares the most recent data on the top famous hair trends from January 2013-August 2015.

Top 3: Grey & Purple Hair

Of course, we all know Jenner is one of the reasons for this trend. Her fondness for dying her hair every now and then has sparked a movement. Colored hair has been a major trend for both men and women for the past months. According to the report, 'silver' and 'grey' were among the top-trending colors searched this year for hairstyle hues. A few celebrities like Rihanna, Jenner, Nicole Richie, Lauren Conrad and Katy Perry were pointed out by Google to be associated with the trend.

Top 2: Braids

Alright, we all know that braids were in during the hippie era but Google reveals that the classic hairstyle is making a comeback this year. Box braids (yes, Beyonce and Keri Hilson nailed it) and goddess braids a.k.a. halo braids (seen on Ciara and Rasheeda) have been the two most-searched key styles. People have been searching terms around how to rock these looks like "goddess braids in a bun" and "short bob box braids".

Top 1: Men's hair

Yes, you read that right... and yes, we did not expect it either. The most-searched beauty term for 2015 is: men's hair. By 6 percent, there have been more searches for men's hair than women's hair. Now, it's easier to guess which hairstyle was the most searched for beauty trend over the last year. Hint: Harry Styles was associated with the craze. Ting ting ting! It's the man bun, followed by the second most searched-comb-over.
