'The Flash' Recap: Did Harrison Wells Just Teach Barry Allen A New Superpower? Zoom's New Ally Has A Familiar Face! [SPOILERS]

[SPOILER ALERT! THE FOLLOWING ARTICLE CONTAINS DETAILS ABOUT 'THE FLASH' SEASON TWO EPISODE 'THE DARKNESS AND THE LIGHT']

Tom Cavanagh's Harrison Wells has officially returned in the second season of 'The Flash,' and he has just dominated the latest episode 'The Darkness and The Light.'

The Earth-2 Harrison Wells is finally introduced to Barry Allen's team, and it becomes obvious that nobody likes him as much as the Scarlet Speedster. Cisco even points out that Eobard Thawne may have been evil, but Harry is even worse for being a d-ck. Things get worse when it is revealed that Harry, as the STAR team has decided to call him, is actually responsible for creating the villain Zoom.

But there's no time to argue about differences, because a new baddie has arrived in the form of Doctor Light, who turns out to be Earth-2 Linda Park. Light attempts to kill Linda but ends up taking out her boss instead.

Then some amazing things happen. It is revealed that Cisco has the power to locate metahumans and helps in finding Light. Although it seemed unlikely that Barry Allen could defeat the new villain, Harry tells him to use a new speed mirage technique, which proves to be quite effective.

It looks like Earth-2 Harrison Wells may have more than just a few tricks up his sleeve, and somehow that helps settle things down for the team. Except Jay Garrick decides he doesn't trust Harry and leaves the team. Oh, and it turns out that Zoom has kidnapped the daughter of Earth-2 Harrison Wells.

'The Darkness and The Light' also had some light moments, especially when Barry and Patty Spivot go on a date and share a first kiss. They're not the only ones feeling romantic, as Jay and Caitlin Snow also finally get to kiss. But the team better not be feeling too relaxed at the moment, since Zoom will finally be making his debut in the next episode.

'Enter Zoom,' the sixth episode of 'The Flash' Season Two, will air on The CW on November 10.
