Whitney Port Married: ‘The Hills’ Star Weds Tim Rosenman

It’s official! Whitney Port is a married woman. On Saturday, November 7, the 30-year-old fashion designer tied the knot with her longtime fiance, Tim Rosenman, in Palm Springs, California. Their wedding comes almost two years after they got engaged.

Whitney said “I do” to Tim in a custom wedding dress by Ashi Couture, E! News confirms. “They married at sunset and it was so romantic!” a source told the outlet. “They seemed so in love when they exchanged vows. Whitney is so happy.”

Though several sites inaccurately reported that Port had wed on October 17, thanks to confusion over a sly Instagram pic from her bridal shower, The City alum confirmed later that month that she had not gotten married just yet. And though she remained tight-lipped on the details, Port did note, “It’s definitely a modern wedding.”

Whitney and Tim got engaged in November 2013. They first met while she was filming her reality series The City. Tim was an associate producer on the show and friends with Whitney during the show’s two-year run.

“My favorite thing [about him] is just his humor,” she recently dished to Us Weekly. “He makes me laugh more than anyone could ever possibly. For me, that was such an important quality in someone you choose to spend the rest of your life with.”

Whitney had been dating The Buried Life’s Ben Nemtin, and after their breakup in 2011, that’s when Whitney and Tim started building a relationship. The two had reportedly always had “crushes on each other.”

“I definitely made the first move,” Whitney said in an interview with the Daily Mail. “I got his phone number and made up some excuse why I needed to reach him for something… I kind of felt he was never gonna try it with me. He’s not shy, but I know in his past with girls he had difficult making the first move.”

Port joins the club of fellow married Hills stars, including Lauren Conrad, Heidi Montag, Kristin Cavallari, and Jason Wahler.
