Good physical hygiene habits are often taught by our teachers in school, our parents at home and when we visit the clinic, doctors remind every one of us about this. These reminders have been long instilled in every person's mind since they were a child. To name a few, there is taking a bath regularly, eat healthy meals on time, and brush your teeth three times a day. This is the common habit for everyone.
