But there are a lot of myths surrounding their diet and are often the cause of their weight issues and being unproductive. Dr. Allen Lim has revealed something that all cyclists should be aware of.

An example would be eating a lot of carbs before a cycling event. Most athletes or bike enthusiasts are engaging to it, thinking it would help their stamina and that it would give them enough strength for the said activity. But Lim said there is nothing nutritious to that.
